888gh Terms & Conditions — Your Rights, Our Rules, and the Agreement Between Us

1.1 Age Requirement. The 888gh platform is strictly available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. 888gh reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any point and to suspend or close any account where this requirement cannot be confirmed.

1.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual may register only one account on the 888gh platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. All duplicate accounts will be closed, bonuses forfeited, and the matter may be escalated to relevant authorities.

1.3 Accurate Registration Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and email address. Any material misrepresentation in registration details is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

1.4 KYC Verification. 888gh is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification for all accounts before processing withdrawals. 2.1 Credential Responsibility. • Multi-Accounting: Creating or operating more than one 888gh account, whether under your own name or using third-party identities.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker or any other game where such coordination affects outcomes.
• Use of Automated Tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence systems, or any automated mechanism to interact with the 888gh platform in place of genuine human play.
• Exploitation of Technical Errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to obtain funds or gaming advantages not intended by 888gh.

9.2 Limitation. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 888gh's aggregate liability to any player for any claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their 888gh account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.3 Exclusions. 888gh shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of gaming service, arising out of or in connection with your use of the 888gh platform, even if 888gh has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9.4 Force Majeure. 888gh shall not be in breach of these Terms & Conditions or liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations if such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, civil unrest, government actions, network failures, or cyberattacks.

10.1 888gh's Right to Suspend. 888gh reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account at any time and without prior notice if 888gh determines or reasonably suspects that: (a) the player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions; (b) the account has been used for fraudulent or unlawful purposes; (c) the player has provided false or misleading information; or (d) continued operation of the account poses a reputational, legal, or financial risk to 888gh.

10.2 Player's Right to Close. You may request the closure of your 888gh account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Any verified balance remaining in your account at the time of closure — after deducting any applicable bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements — will be refunded to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe subject to completion of KYC verification.

10.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account for any reason, your licence to access the 888gh platform is immediately revoked.
